Weekday evening cooking classes begin promptly at 6:30 p.m; classes are 3 hours in duration. Classes are a combination of demonstration and hands-on, students enjoy a full multi-course meal for eat-in or take-home. Pastry/Baking class students take home what they make. Ingredients may be substituted for some dishes depending on availability.
No refunds. Cancellations must be made seven days before class for credit; there are no credits after that point.Phone: 818-641-6899. We schedule classes in two- three month blocks: we do not schedule classes any further in advance. We make best efforts to repeat all the courses in our pro-chef for home cooks series. However, we schedule classes based on demand and there is no guarantee that classes will be scheduled on an on-going basis, so if you have a gift certificate, do not assume that classes will be available immediately before it expires. We have already scheduled more than enough classes to accommodate the number certificates sold If you would like to register for a series that is already full, please send an email with the name of the series in the subject line and we will notify you if and when the course is scheduled again. There is no guarantee that any class will be scheduled again.
