Our chef instructors have a wide range of teaching and customer service experience. Whether your team building needs are about creating camaraderie or executing complex HR or diplomatic strategies, we have the experience to meet your needs.

We believe in genuine customer service, with no hard sales or upcharging tactics.  There is no gratuity charge for our starter classes with a simple meal.  If your service requirements are more elaborate, please discuss your needs with our program director. You will never find a surprise “fee” the day of the event or on your invoice.

Payment terms:
Pre-payment via check  payable to “Ecole de Cuisine Pasadena”) or credit card via paypal (we will email you an invoice for the class) required to lock in the date and time.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
In the event that you have to cancel an event, please give as much advance notice as possible, at least two weeks prior to the date. We will be more than happy to work with you to reschedule your event. Refunds are issued on a case by case basis.
