Enrollment Process for Professional Courses

Our professional program begins in October 2010.

Our professional culinary arts and pastry arts classes are scheduled to accommodate working adults. We advise recent high school graduates to enroll in community college or university before considering professional culinary or baking and pastry arts courses.

20% of fees are due upon registration, the balance is due one month prior to course start date. Since our course fees are relatively very low, we do not offer financing. We accept checks and credit cards.

The right candidates for ECP, or any other culinary school, should be able to articulate why they want to attend culinary school and their larger goals in the food business.

Cancellations must be submitted in writing, via email. at least 15 days prior to the first day of class in order to receive a refund, minus $100 processing fee. There are no refunds or credits after that.
